Entry Level Welder

We are seeking an entry level welder to help run the manufacturing division of Speedware Motorsports.

The qualified candidate will have good organizational skills and be self motivated along with the following qualifications:
• Mig welding experience (tig is a bonus but not necessary)
• Minor fabrication skills
Tasks will include welding parts, building fixtures, assembling hardware kits, wrapping parts, boxing parts and wrapping parts on pallets to be shipped out. This position will also assists with inventory control by anticipating part orders.

This is a growth position offering a solid starting wage and an excellent benefits package. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 – 5:00.

SALES

We are a the leading national distributor and retailer of Sparco, Recaro, ARAI and Oakley race gear. We are seeking a permanent full time sales person to join our team. The qualified candidate will be interested and knowledgeable in motorsports and the racing industry, possess excellent organizational and communication skills, and exhibit attention to detail and follow through.
We are looking for a motivated self-starter, team player, able to manage both wholesale and retail accounts, demonstrate continued sales growth and company promotion, and ability to consistently hit sales targets. Basic computer skills are necessary, including familiarity with MS Office and MS Outlook, and an ability to learn specialized point-of-sale software.
This is a growth position offering a strong base salary plus commission and incentives, as well as an excellent benefits package. Hours are flexible, require some weekend and holiday work, and may require travel. Must have a good driving record.

AUTO TECHNICIAN

We are the leading national distributor and retailer of Sparco, Recaro, ARAI and Oakley race gear. We are seeking a full time auto technician to join our team. We specialize in fab work, suspension and alignments, exhaust work, roll bars, roll cages, big brakes, wheel & tire, race & street car prep. The qualified candidate will have experience in motorsports and/or the racing industry, possess excellent organizational and communication skills, and exhibit attention to detail and follow through. We are looking for a motivated self-starter, team player, with proven problem-solving abilities. Must have full knowledge of car alignments, suspension, and chassis prep. Welding and fab work is a plus, as is race experience. Basic computer skills are necessary, including familiarity with MS Outlook.
